I think it's a little too far away to determine if he is wearing an american or canadian uniform,
This is a Marvel Studios film also so i doubt they will change his back story that much, if at all

Well Wolverine will probley be canadain seeing how (if im correct)in the X men he was moviesneeds to be canadain, then he should also be canadain in his own movie. Am i right?

But look at the dog tags of wolverine, and the uniform of the guy who approaches him... that looks american to me!
